Silverdale Way Regional Stormwater Facility (Whispering Firs)

This project constructed a new regional stormwater facility (flow-control & water-quality) at a location along Silverdale Way just north of the existing Quail Hollow Regional Pond. The facility is designed to manage stormwater from approximately 115 acres of existing development, which previously flowed to Clear Creek with little or no stormwater treatment.  Construction began Summer 2018 and was completed in Spring 2019.  This project also includes recreational elements - a walking path and picnic area.
